SILENT AUCTION

A Silent Auction will again be held during BUFPEX! The silent auction will be located near the exhibits. Several Club members are needed to collect and organize the lots before the auction, make sure that the auction runs smooth and then, after the auction, tabulate the results, pass out the lots to the winners and pay the consignors. Anyone interested should contact John Leszak.

Items for sale in the Auction can be submitted anytime on Saturday. The Auction will close at 2 PM on Sunday and winners of lots must pick up and pay for their lots prior to 3 PM. There will be guidelines posted at the Silent Auction to answer any questions. Thanks to all who participate in the Silent Auction!
